Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bland Media collects through bland.media, how it's used, and the choices you have. Bland Media is operated by Asha Bland in Jacksonville, Florida ("I," "me").

1. Information you give me

• The "Start here" questions. Your answers aren't saved by this website. When you finish, your own email app opens a message to me with your answers filled in, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
• Emails and booking requests. When you email me or book a call, I receive your name, email address, organization, and anything you include.
• Email list sign-ups. If you sign up for early access or a free resource, I collect your email address and, if given, your name.
• Purchases. When you buy a product, the payment provider collects your payment details. I receive your name, email address, and what you bought, but not your full card number.

2. Information collected automatically

• Hosting. This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
• Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
• Analytics and advertising tools. I may use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure ads. These use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, and how you arrived at the site. This policy will be updated to name each tool when it's added.

3. How I use your information

• To reply to you, schedule calls, and prepare proposals.
• To deliver products you buy and send product updates.
• To send emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in that email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it and my advertising.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, email marketing, payments, analytics, and call note-taking tools, and only as needed for them to provide those services. I may also share information if the law requires it.

5. How long I keep it

I keep information for as long as needed to work with you, deliver products and updates, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, I delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

6. Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing asha@bland.media.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, by email.

8. Children

This site is meant for businesses and professionals. It isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

I may update this policy as the business grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
